How does billing work?
Each memorial has its own subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs about two months less. We email you before every yearly renewal, and you can switch plans, change billing period or cancel at any time from your account.
Can I create more than one memorial?
Yes. You can create as many memorials as you like from one account — for example for a grandparent and a beloved pet. Each memorial has its own plan, so you can choose the size and billing period that suits each one.
Which plan should I choose?
All plans include the same features; only the storage differs. Essential suits a life story with a few hundred photos. Plus gives room for thousands of photos and longer videos shared by the whole family. Premium is for large archives and home movies. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Can family members add photos without an account?
Yes. Share the memorial's link and anyone with it can leave a tribute or upload photos, videos and audio — no sign-up needed. Nothing appears until you approve it.
Can I keep a memorial private?
Yes. A private memorial is visible only to you while signed in — it never appears in our public directory or in search engines. You can switch it to public whenever you're ready to share it.
Can I create a memorial for a pet?
Yes — simply tick “This memorial is for a pet” when you create it. Our companions deserve to be remembered too.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is lost straight away. The memorial stays online until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we'll remind you before it goes offline. After that, everything is kept safe in your account and you can bring the memorial back by choosing a plan again.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
